Bisley is looking for an ambitious early-career professional to join our Thailand team as a Sales & Operations Analyst.

Working closely with our Business Development Manager and commercial team, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to customers, suppliers, product sourcing, logistics and international trade. You’ll support day-to-day commercial activities while developing the knowledge and experience to progress towards a future customer-facing sales role.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related discipline
• 1-2 years experience in a similar role (eg. Sales, Logistics, Operations)
• Strong organisation, communication and analytical skills
• Commercial curiosity and genuine interest in sales and business development
• Confidence working with data and Excel
• Strong Thai and English communication skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Financial Analyst — Thailand

Bisley is seeking a commercially minded Financial Analyst to join our Thailand finance team.

This is a broad, business-facing role covering financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling and decision support. You’ll work closely with finance, commercial and operational teams to identify trends, understand performance and turn complex financial information into practical business insight.

What we’re looking for

• Strong financial, accounting and analytical capability
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
• Strong Excel and reporting/dashboard skills
• Understanding of margins, costs, cash flow and working capital
• Excellent attention to detail and data integrity

Business Development Manager — Malaysia

Help drive the next stage of Bisley’s growth in Malaysia.

Bisley is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across the Malaysian industrial market.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, SEAEI, you’ll develop new customer relationships, grow existing accounts and convert market insight into sustainable commercial opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building markets, developing relationships and taking ownership of growth.

What we’re looking for

• Proven success in industrial B2B sales, business development or technical sales
• Strong new-business development and account-growth capability
• Ideally experience and networks within Construction, Industrial Chemicals and/or Metals sectors
• Commercial negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Ability to identify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
• Independence, initiative and willingness to travel within Malaysia
