Alloying Tablets

Tablets have become a popular method of making mid to large additions of a broad range of alloying elements. They are cost effective and simple to use.

Despite their appearance, all tablets are not the same. Chemistry is but one quality factor; consistency is of central importance. To offer increased consistency, Bisley works with highly integrated producers of alloying tablets. In house manufacture of aluminium and several alloying powders as well as fluxes enables production of tablets with significantly higher quality and consistency.

Alloying tablets are available in a wide range of alloying elements, composition and weight. They can also be supplied both fluxed and un-fluxed. Custom tablets can also be manufactured to individual customer requirements.
