Our plant operates two circuits to crush and size the bauxite. A Barmac crusher is used where a blocky grain shape is required. Alternatively, a roller crusher is used to achieve a flatter, splinter shape grain shape. Different circuits are in operation to produce to DIN, ASTM, FEPA and ISO standards.
Capacity exceeds 300,000MT p.a. Production is monitored under ISO 9002 (certified by SGS, UK). Quality control procedures are in place to ensure that customers’ specifications are met.
Packing options include export quality bulk bags or 25kg paper bags on shrink-wrapped pallets, bulk or break bulk also available.
