Silicon Carbide

Bisley is a significant supplier of silicon carbide for refractory, abrasive and foundry applications. High purity quartz and petcoke are used as the raw materials.

Abrasive grain is produced in both F and P grain shapes – to FEPA and other international sizing standards. Black and Green qualities are available.

Refractory fractions are available in a range of qualities:- SiC 90% – SiC 98%. Bisley has serviced the refractory industry with high grade silicon carbide for the past 25 years.
