Acrylic Emulsions

Acrylic emulsions are a mixture of an acrylate polymer and water. Commonly used as an additive to paints and cements to improve a variety of properties including improving resistance to water, chemical, UV, abrasion, algae and fungi growth. Pure Acrylic Emulsions

• Acrylic Emulsion 76: Acrylic Emulsion 76 is a milky, white coloured liquid designed to enhance cement strength, reduce permeability, cracking and a variety of other properties. It is ideal for use in waterproof mortars, decorative coatings, ceramic tile binders, adhesives and fillers. Ideal for use on a variety of surfaces such as concrete, masonry, brick, wood and metals.

Self-Crosslinking Acrylic Emulsions

• BAE-9013 Self-Crosslinking Acrylic Emulsion: BAE-9013 Self-Crosslinking Acrylic Emulsion is a chemically modified acrylic emulsions, resulting in a coating with high hardness, abrasion resistance, water resistance and good gloss. BAE-9013 does not require curing agents or additives, for use as a coating on a variety of surfaces, but not limited to wood and concrete.
• Self-Crosslinking Acrylic Emulsion 2SC: Self-Crosslinking Acrylic Emulsion 2SC is a chemically modified acrylic emulsions, resulting in a coating with high hardness, abrasion resistance, water resistance, good gloss and other desirable properties. Self-Crosslinking Acrylic Emulsion 2SC does not require curing agents or additives, for use as a coating on a variety of surfaces, but not limited to wood, masonry, brick, metal and concrete.

Styrene Acrylic Emulsions

• BAE-8105 Styrene Acrylic Emulsion: BAE-8105 Styrene Acrylic Emulsion is an ivory-colored liquid designed to enhance cement strength, reduce permeability and cracking. It is ideal for use in waterproof mortars, decorative coatings, ceramic tile binders, adhesives and fillers.
• Acrylic Styrene Emulsion 295: Acrylic Styrene Emulsion 295 is a clear, transparent liquid designed to enhance cement and coating strength, reduce permeability and increase chemical resistance. It is used as an impregnating agent, primer, waterproof mortar, ceramic tile binder, hydraulic binder and a base material for pasty construction adhesives. It provides excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces such as plaster, concrete, masonry, brick, wood and metals.

Other Acrylic Emulsions

• Acrylic Copolymer Emulsion 405: Acrylic Copolymer Emulsion 405 is a milky, white colored liquid designed to enhance the adhesion of sealants and coatings to glass and other substrates. Its addition provides excellent tensile strength, elasticity, weathering resistance and light stability. Ideal for use on a variety of surfaces such as glass, concrete, masonry, brick, wood and metals.
• Biscryl Binders: Biscryl Binders are a range composed of high-quality pure acrylic, styrene acrylic, vinyl acrylic, vinyl acetate polymer emulsions. Grades available suitable for a range of applications including interior and exterior paints, textured coatings, putties, elastomeric coatings, wood and metal specific coatings, cement modification, sealant caulks and adhesives.
